JoAnn Petrullo is a first-time author, fulfilling a lifelong dream with the publication of Vanguards of Light: The Calling. She grew up in New York City (loving every minute of that experience), and currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri. An entrepreneur at heart, she runs a successful marketing research company and has always enjoyed the challenge of understanding human behavior — finding the “how” and “why” we make decisions absolutely fascinating.

JoAnn is committed to enhancing her knowledge of the human experience and is currently studying to be a well-being coach through the Anthropedia program at Washington University in St. Louis.  The Anthropedia program offers training opportunities to equip people with the tools & inner resources needed to promote sustainable well-being. JoAnn is specifically interested in sharing her knowledge and training to support at-risk adolescents.

Vanguards of Light: The Calling is the first step in fulfilling her vision to create a supportive movement — a vanguard of light — and to cultivate a sense of community and connectedness.
